Position Summary:
Kyruus is seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead the company’s digital and email marketing strategies. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the DMM will be responsible for developing novel digital strategies, overseeing the company’s website, spearheading third party content distribution programs, and tracking the impact of digital initiatives. This is a great role for someone eager to own a multitude of key marketing responsibilities and play a pivotal role in Kyruus’ marketing strategy.
The DMM will proactively identify opportunities to both attract leads online and convert them effectively through Kyruus.com. The DMM will work with the marketing team to execute well-coordinated campaigns and email nurture programs to drive leads to Kyruus-hosted white papers, webinars etc. This person will also work closely with sales and sales enablement to support marketing operations (e.g, optimizing lead flow processes, reporting on results).
The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and creative. The right person is metrics-driven, constantly monitoring results and testing new approaches, as well as skilled at using marketing automation software. He or she is adept at both crafting long-term strategy and executing day-to-day tasks across multiple projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing experience (2+ in digital / inbound marketing).
- Proven expertise developing digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC)
- Track record of creating and executing innovative, effective marketing programs
- Solid experience with marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred) & salesforce.com.
- Strong writing, analytics, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Great fit with Kyruus culture (takes initiative, collaborates well with colleagues).
- Healthcare provider industry experience a plus.
