Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search

TripAdvisor is looking for an exceptional marketing professional to join as the newest addition to the Flights & Rental Cars Traffic Acquisition team. This is an amazing opportunity to make a difference in the entrepreneurial Flights & Rental Cars team within TripAdvisor. In this role, you will be expected to take a data driven approach to driving new traffic to the site. You will be expected to draw actionable conclusions from internal and external sources that can be measured and reported on. You will uncover growth opportunities, test and implement paid search campaigns, and work cross functionally to execute key initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Launch and manage large, multi-national search engine marketing campaigns across key search engines
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations that increase scale and efficiency
  • Expand successful search marketing initiatives and tactics to international markets
  • Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to improve internal tools, processes, and landing pages
  • Design, launch and analyze robust tests across paid marketing partners
  • Optimize ad copy and ad content (extensions, site links, etc.)
  • Work closely with marketing partners to test new features and technologies as they become available; be on the cutting edge of new product offerings
  • Work with SEO counterparts to drive cross-channel initiatives through keyword research, test execution, and competitor analysis

What we seek:

  • Excellent data analysis skills: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, proficiency with SQL or another programming language preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in search engine marketing or marketing analytics
  • Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data, produce actionable insight, and communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Results-driven individual who pro-actively tracks progress against KPIs
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and in the presentation of data
  • Executes with speed but does not sacrifice quality
  • Acts like an owner and manages products start to finish; owns wins and losses
