About the Team
Join the B2B Marketing team at LevelUp - a collaborative, tight team of creative storytellers, data wonks, and grammar aficionados tackling some of LevelUp’s biggest marketing challenges in the restaurant space.
The Digital Content Manager is responsible for planning and implementing inbound and outbound marketing strategies to attract, convert, and nurture leads across the entire sales funnel. You will be driving new qualified leads and sales conversations through the creation of impactful blog, website, email and other forms of content. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive a cohesive editorial calendar and blog to position LevelUp as the thought leader in the market
- Develop a wide variety of blog topics and articles, leading an internal editorial team of contributors
- Optimize content for search engines and lead generation, growing blog subscribers and expanding the overall blog’s reach
- Analyze blog performance and improve blog tactics, using data to inform every decision you make and ultimately driving higher traffic, engagement and conversions from the blog
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into qualified leads, and continually refine our process to engage target accounts
- Define the social media presence for LevelUp’s B2B business, extending our reach and developing content specifically for Twitter, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Develop and implement nurture email campaigns that contribute to account engagement, measuring results and optimizing nurture tracks as needed
- Create exceptional conversion points in the marketing funnel, making landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead generating forms that the buyer can’t help but fill
- Plan and execute a holistic video strategy that includes customer testimonials, product demos, and other video content
- Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve target account engagement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience creating impactful B2B content that wows buyers
- Writing is like breathing to you - it comes naturally, and you can’t live without it
- Demonstrated track record of producing impactful content, including blog posts, website copy, and emails
- Experience managing technical aspects of key marketing systems such as marketing automation and CRM
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize needs, and manage their own schedule based on deliverables and expectations
- Proficiency managing simultaneous projects and maintaining up-to-date timelines
- Results-driven marketer who always uses data to influence decisions
- Excellent presentation, communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
