Marketing Specialist - Demand Generation

About You:
We’re looking for an early career marketer to contribute to our demand generation programs for General Manufacturing. You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel campaigns to generate awareness and bring leads in General manufacturing leads through the funnel to generate pipeline.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing programs like webinars, events, email campaigns, and more across multiple channels. It will be important to work closely with sales, aligning marketing and sales for all campaigns.
The right candidate will have a builder mindset, a strong knowledge of B2B demand generation best practices, have a knack for developing and adapting sales enablement content, be digitally savvy, have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive program execution while managing the expectations of various stakeholders.
What skills do I need?
- 1+ year experience in a Marketing GTM role such as demand generation, ABM, field marketing preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Interest in learning about manufacturing and advanced technologies including edge computing, no code development, computer vision/augmented reality
- Experience manipulating data, strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel
- Familiarity with marketing and sales platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft a plus
- Knowledge of core B2B and saas metrics, experience working in SaaS and/or with a mix of commercial and enterprise sales a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of demand generation programs that are tailored to their industry as well as groups of organizations and buyer personas with similar business models and challenges
- Coordinate with a broad group of collaborators to drive forward integrated demand generation programs that drive pipeline development, like monthly webinar programs
- Support with relevant Tulip and industry events in the demand generation campaign plan, from event communication to customers, to follow up coordination with the sales team
- Manage multiple demand generation campaigns across verticals including campaign creation, execution, reporting, and analysis.
- Report on progress towards monthly lead volume and progression rate targets within your focus area; provide actionable recommendations for expansion and optimization strategies
- Monitor and share tactical recommendations to optimize the lead generation funnel
- Contribute to various forms of marketing campaign content - ad and landing page copy, email, and short-form campaign assets
