Senior Coordinator, Growth Marketing & Demand Gen (Remote from anywhere in the US)

OVERVIEW

The Senior Coordinator, Growth Marketing & Demand Gen will play an integral role on the fast-growing Global Marketing Team. You will execute and optimize growth marketing strategies designed to drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition and long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with audiences, has foundational knowledge of various digital marketing strategies, and is an enthusiastic team player. Managing strategic execution across various social media channels and digital platforms requires the ability to be organized, forward-thinking, service-oriented and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. This is a fully remote position (from anywhere in the US) on a dispersed team that presents a lot of opportunity to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Blog
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization and lead generation 
  • Coordinate with content creators, writers, contributors, and internal stakeholders to manage the editorial calendar
  • Conduct analytical projects to improve blog strategies/tactics and expand the blog's reach 
• Digital Events
  • Perform end-to-end management and reporting for all digital events on a global scale (webinars, podcasts, digital round tables, etc) 
  • Plan the strategy, logistics, participant roles and responsibilities to support demand generation
  • Optimize landing pages for increased conversion 
• Campaign Execution
  • Support the team in growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Help optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Maintain and update the demand gen marketing activities calendar 
• Social Media
  • Collaborate our PR team with managing the company's social media profiles and presence (posting updates, engagement, community management, and helping employees enhance social media profiles, etc.) 
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about SumTotal, competitors, and/or industry, run regular social promotional campaigns and track their success (ex: Twitter chats, LinkedIn conversations, etc) 
  • Research and recommend new social media opportunities, formats, platforms, etc. to reach our target audience 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 
• A proven track record creating/executing successful demand generation and growth marketing strategies e.g., SEO, social media, blogging, email marketing and digital events 
• Experience with marketing automation and web analytics is a plus
• Ability to be decisive in ambiguous environments including prioritizing workloads, taking initiative, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills, solution-oriented mentality with the ability to be data-driven and intuitive 
• Project management skills, including the ability to meet project timelines, identify dependencies and anticipate risk factors
