The Role

Thrasio’s Customer Marketing Program Specialist will be accountable for defining and owning the marketing strategy aimed specifically toward our Amazon seller alumni who have successfully sold their business to Thrasio.


In this role, you will partner with peers across Corporate Marketing and Seller Success teams to build Thrasio’s strategic seller alumni marketing program to drive engagement and advocacy from Thrasio’s growing seller base. 


The ideal candidate is creative and has experience coordinating cross-functional projects. The ability to write content for various channels (email, social, event summaries, etc.) and create project plans, as well as track and communicate

progress along the way, will be pivotal to this role. You’ll have the opportunity to be hands-on with early execution, while building a scalable, effective seller marketing program that will expand over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage seller engagement and communication programs, working cross-functionally across the Corporate Marketing and Seller Success teams to deliver programming such as in-person/virtual events, dedicated content streams, and email nurture campaigns; Develop an always-on customer lifecycle campaign program and work across marketing functions to implement
  • Develop programs that satisfy trends from seller feedback, including the development of educational programming, granting access to Thrasio subject matter experts, access to tools and partners, and more
  • Identify key seller alumni that can act as a marketing advocates and can be activated through case studies and testimonials, speaking opportunities, media/PR opportunities, and more; Build strong relationships with our Seller Alumni, our Demand Gen team, Field Marketing Managers, Content, and Communications teams; 
  • Manage the digital and physical asset development for case studies and testimonials in partnership with the Content & Web teams and collaborate with content team to build a library of up-to-date seller success stories; identify opportunities to contribute to content and PR roadmap by highlighting Seller Alumni stories within
  • Look at new and different ways to bring in Seller stories to life

What you bring to the party:

  • 5+ years experience working in customer-facing and cross-functional roles in marketing, communications, or sales
  • Exceptional ability to cultivate relationships across internal teams, partners, and with customers
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and execute detailed action plans
  • Strong content creation and editing skills 
  • Ability to effectively deliver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written + verbal) skills
  • A creative team player, who cares about their work and continually looks at how we can improve
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Salesforce and Hubspot preferred
