Customer Marketing Manager - FinTech

The Toast Customer Marketing team is responsible for driving advocacy, revenue, and retention of our restaurant customers. This role will be responsible for driving adoption of the Fintech products including Payments, New Banking products and Toast Capital among Toast customers. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across the business; Product Marketing, Marketing and Product in developing and executing on strategies to drive adoption of Fintech products. You will lead the creation of comprehensive campaigns, tests and research to help achieve those goals and support development and commercialization of the pillar’s narrative. This is a high-impact and cross-functional role that will drive long-term shareholder value.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution to drive awareness and attach for Toast’s Fintech products
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop comprehensive test and learn plans, validate hypotheses, iterate on messaging, segmentation, and explore new channels to reach customers
- Develop and execute on go-to-customer plans, including channel mix, messaging, and targeting to support the launch of new Fintech products in partnership with Product Marketing, Product and other Key business stakeholders
- Partner with BI to optimize reporting, perform post-campaign analysis and socialize learnings with stakeholders through weekly funnel reporting and monthly retros
- Partner with central teams like Data Triggers and Product Led Growth to identify and implement new opportunities for Fintech including automated data-triggered programs and in-product campaigns
Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Financial Services, FinTech, or other ancillary industry experience is a plus
- Data-minded with strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with Marketo and other like Marketing Technology tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to build strong, compelling story lines and recommendations that are deeply evidenced in data and analysis
- Experience with Salesforce and Looker (and/or other business intelligence tools) a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
