Customer Marketing is at the heart of Catalant’s marketing strategy as we seek to engage our Fortune 500 executive customers and ensure that everything we do amplifies their voices, addresses their needs, and celebrates their successes! We’re looking for a team-oriented, customer-centric, strategic Customer Marketing leader to help us formalize and advance our goals around advocacy, referenceability, upsell, and cross-functional engagement. Reporting directly to the SVP/head of marketing, this is an extremely visible role and an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior executives at the most sophisticated and high-profile companies in the world.

What you'll do
- Enable and encourage customer advocates to vocalize on behalf of the Catalant brand, specifically in the form of case studies, Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC) videos and testimonials, on review sites, and on the Catalant site.
- Encourage customer adoption and engagement of Catalant through education/training resources and continued listening and dialogue.
- Ensure strong and positive Catalant presence across social media and public forums and participation in brand and learning opportunities. Promote the Catalant brand as a pioneer in agile business problem solving and a core partner to Fortune 500 enterprises through VOC marketing.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably at a midsized B2B tech company
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and excellent relationships with sophisticated enterprise C-suite leaders, and key internal stakeholders including sales reps, product managers, CX leaders, and content and demand gen marketers.
- Genuine empathy for customers and a drive to provide them with a warm, outside-in, engaging experience and reduce friction for them at every juncture
- History of creating customer journey mappings and cohort analyses that paint a clear, easy-to-understand picture of the buyer journey and key engagement touchpoints
- Humility, camaraderie, intellectual curiosity, customer centricity, creativity, a strong knowledge of industry best practice, and the ability to laugh and have fun
