Join a mission-driven startup and help tell our story across multiple channels. We need you to bring our brand to life through useful, engaging content that helps attract and connect with the right people.

This is a freelance role with potential to grow into something more.
 

What we need you to do

• Write engaging, useful marketing assets: blog posts, ebooks, one-pagers, and more
   
• Write incredibly effective marketing emails and extensive nurture campaigns
   
• Manage multiple social media channels to help us build our tribe -- plan, create, schedule, posts; optimize our presence to increase engagement and influence

You are the kind of person who:

• Is excited about contributing to the growth of a mission-driven start-up
   
• Understands the role of great copy in an effective inbound marketing machine
   
• Can turn technical jargon into conversational content with ease
   
• Is very comfortable with HubSpot and/or Wordpress...maybe even a power user
   
• Shows up, works fast, and contributes beyond the bare minimum of the assignment
   
• Knows how to put yourself inside your reader’s mind, can spin a story out of just about anything, and has impeccable grammar
   
• Is passionate about the power of storytelling to build a movement

We require you to have:

• At least five years of marketing copywriting experience
   
• A portfolio that includes a variety of content types {ex: blog, ebook, video script, and social}
• Client references to share
   

Bonus points if you:

• Can name your favorite copywriting or marketing heroes in your cover letter
   
• Don't mind the occasional French bulldog hanging out in the office with you
   
• Can optimize content for search as well as marketing engagement

This position is a freelance part-time role based in our Concord, MA office to start. {Office stocked daily with healthy snacks and super awesome team.} Potential to grow into an employee role in the future.
