The Content Team is a cross-functional team that develops customer-facing content in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management. The team is looking for an enthusiastic, well-rounded Content Marketing Specialist to create industry leading top of funnel content. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you would create compelling content for both internal and external use that conveys product value. We’re looking for strong writers with a technical background who are either experienced in 3D printing or hungry to learn more. This role includes the opportunity to influence our content roadmap and you will be expected to pitch and pursue projects. 

In this role you will:

Develop and execute top of funnel content for attracting and converting site visitors.

Develop content promotional strategies with growth (demand gen) marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams.

Write, edit, and proofread website copy.

Conceive and build effective systems for managing and distributing content internally and externally.

Manage a system for Markforged content.

Research industry trends and be a thought leader in the 3D printing space.

What we look for:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Writing, or Engineering Field

Strong experience in marketing writing 

Experience with manufacturing companies; Familiarity with additive technology, fabrication methods, materials engineering is a plus

Experience with content management systems

Self motivated, passionate, and able to conceive and drive projects to completion

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

An eye for design — no explicit experience in visual design required, but understanding of design concepts is a plus

Experience in CAD also a plus (Solidworks, Onshape, or Fusion 360 preferred)
