Content Marketing Manager, Fitbit Health Solutions

Fitbit’s enterprise division, Fitbit Health Solutions, helps drive Fitbit’s mission by providing population health solutions to large employers and health plans that offer personalized health experiences to employees and plan members. 

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to produce high-quality, relevant and engaging content to help grow Fitbit Health Solutions’ business. The successful candidate is an exceptional writer and communicator with a strong understanding of the content marketing landscape. You understand the importance of knowing your audience/s, what resonates with them, and how to distill complex ideas into compelling content.

You’ll create short-form and long-form content in a variety of formats (white papers, infographics, blog posts, videos, etc) and for multiple distribution channels (website, demand generation campaigns, social media, etc) You’ll be part of the Content & Creative team, and will collaborate closely with members of the broader marketing team, the customer success team, and our customers to tell compelling stories across all forms of content. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Understand Fitbit Health Solutions’ customers, their challenges and opportunities, what differences and similarities exist across segments and personas, and you’ll regularly contribute ideas for highly engaging content that will help drive our business and make an impact
  • Create engaging content across all formats and channels that helps our prospects, customers, partners and users understand the value and impact of our products and services; in some cases you will create the content, in others, you will manage the project and collaborate with others (internal and external)
  • Monitor performance of our content by understanding how it’s being consumed, what’s resonating, what’s driving results - and you’ll use this information to optimize our content efforts 
  • Work closely with Demand Generation team on content marketing asset utilization and promotion strategy for upcoming campaigns
  • Oversee customer success story strategy by engaging with customers and developing digestible assets that illustrate the success of our solution 
  • Support Fitbit Health Solutions’ events and conferences by managing FHS-hosted speakers and content and helping to identify speaking opportunities 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in B2B content marketing
  • Health / healthcare experience strongly preferred 
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Proven ability to understand and develop buyer personas
  • Demonstrated strength in strategic approach to content (you’re not just a great writer)
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Experience working with remote teams a plus
