We’re looking for a Content Marketing Intern who can balance their creativity with data and results. As ezCater’s Content Marketing Intern, you will support all facets of our content marketing program by developing ideas for content, figuring out how to increase article performance through testing and optimization, and connecting with our audience through forum posting. You’ll play a key role in helping us understand what types of content connect most with our audience and drive measurable outcomes for our business.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with monthly content ideation, keyword research, and issuing assignments to freelance writers
• Lay out and schedule content publishing in our CMS – including articles, quizzes, polls, and podcasts
• Build interactive content that engages our audience and moves them to act
• Reach our audiences in off-site channels with media publishing and email outreach to featured partners
• Improve the performance of existing content through optimizing published articles with SEO and reviewing internal links
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests through Google Optimize

Please:

• Have an interest in content and digital marketing, both the creative and analytical sides
• Be comfortable working in CMS and CRM platforms like WordPress and HubSpot
• Have excellent written and personal communication skills as well as a keen attention-to-detail
• Demonstrate confidence and be comfortable asking questions and enthusiastic about learning
• Know how to “figure things out” and invent whatever idea or approach could accomplish our objectives
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel or a willingness to learn more

This is a paid internship for the summer and fall of 2019. We can be flexible to your schedule as long as you're able to give us approximately 24 hours per work week.
