Responsibilities Include:

Content Management:

• Reporting and analytics
• Track effectiveness of content strategy
• Interpret insights and community conversations into actionable recommendations
• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly performance reports
• Maintain and further develop the team Style Guide
• Regularly review and edit team members’ content, offering feedback on style

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in Technical Communications or similar field
• Excellent technical and business writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High level of experience using Knowledge Management platforms to create and maintain content – Salesforce prefered
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Experience creating eLearning content is a plus
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Experience working within an Agile methodology
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities in a fast paced environment
• Great interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and a positive attitude
• Excellent editorial and oral communication skills
