The Community Coordinator will be a key person to strengthening Perceptive Automata’s culture and operations. This role will split functions between the Marketing Team and Operations Team at PA. You will be a part of our growing team and impact on our culture, office operations, outward marketing & PR efforts, and more. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee Perceptive Automata’s Social Media Channels. Design & implement campaigns and strategy across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook (additional channels as needed). 
• Oversee Perceptive Automata’s modern office space and assist with office ordering, lunch ordering and providing an uncompromising level of cleanliness for our team and guests 
• Assist with other marketing initiatives like website redesign, trade shows, college career fairs and more 
• Assist with internal cultural building events, offsites, and other company sponsored events 
• Present your insights to all levels of the company clearly and concisely
• Be hands-on and take initiative

Requirements: 

• 2+ years experience as a community coordinator 
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with engineers and researchers to optimize marketing and office operations 
• Proven ability to lead and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills 
• Savvy computer and marketing skills 
• Ability to prioritize and build consensus within multidisciplinary teams
• Self-starter with an eye for detail
• Familiarity with machine learning, data science and statistics techniques
