The Channel Marketing Manager will join the Campaigns team on the marketing team, and help us operationalize and scale up our channel and partner marketing program. You’ll work closely with demand generation, product marketing, channel management, and sales on enabling and supporting Tulip’s partner community. The Channel Marketing Manager will join the Campaigns team on the marketing team, and help us operationalize and scale up our channel and partner marketing program. You’ll work closely with demand generation, product marketing, channel management, and sales on enabling and supporting Tulip’s partner community. What skills do I need?
- 3+ years in demand generation, or partner marketing
- Experience in a relationship management role a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including experience repurposing/adapting technical content
- Results-oriented and able to use data for decision making
- Exceptional organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both senior level stakeholder relationships as well as liaising with large teams
- Ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Industry and market knowledge is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail
- Field marketing experience a plus
- Partner portal experience a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing strategy: Build our channel marketing plan alongside our commercial ( sales engineering, industry solutions, channel) and customer teams.
- Ensure that we have strategic alignment and clarity for the ecosystem to support sales pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Develop programs and integrated marketing campaigns to drive thought leadership and demand gen across digital, physical, social and web channels.
- Assist in the creation of campaign strategies. Prioritize initiatives and execute with partners, leveraging content marketing, event marketing and other opportunities
- Identify, develop, maintain or scale relationships
- Develop content for partner marketing opportunities including webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media and PR.
- Brief and train partner teams on the Tulip’s brand, messaging, and positioning to enable partners to effectively sell.
- Own partner marketing channels, including creative, budget, targeting, testing, and reporting.
- Maintain regular communications with Partners, notifying them about the product, latest and greatest insights from Tulip’s marketing team, and sharing updates on performance from joint campaigns
