    • Strategically expand Hydrows presence at existing and new hospitality properties to enhance the customer experience and grow Hydrow’s out of home presence
    • This role requires 10-15% travel throughout the year (both international and domestic)

3 MONTH EXPECTATIONS

  • Learn Hydrow’s Commercial product offering and current distribution models
  • Develop relationships with existing Commercial Dealer partners who specialize in the hospitality space by setting up meetings and phone calls to better understand their business models
  • Review Hydrow’s current placements in boutique hotels and property rentals; make recommendations based on findings on potential low hanging fruit opportunities

  • Work with leadership to strategize on how to deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Hospitality space
  • Gather and communicate competitive factors and insights impacting the business (i.e. what are other people doing in this space, etc.)

6 MONTH EXPECTATIONS

  • Continue growing sales into the boutique hotel spaces and begin exploring partnerships within the rental property market
  • Develop marketing opportunities, in-hotel collateral, and other touch points hospitality partners could utilize to enhance their spaces
  • Partner with Senior Director, Retail & Dealer sales on chain hotel opportunities and offerings
  • Look for ways to improve our ways of working internally and externally in the hospitality space like software updates, process improvements, etc.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise, able to respond to internal and external stakeholder questions in a concise, answer-first approach
  • Identify potential issues and/or challenges within the hospitality space, effectively troubleshoot root causes, take corrective action, and escalate as appropriate

12+ MONTH EXPECTATIONS

  • Own all facets of the Hospitality vertical, including boutique hotels, chain hotels, and rental properties
  • Increase opportunities within Hospitality vertical through new ideas for placement, partnerships, events, or activations
  • Prospect 1-2 other avenues adjacent to the Hospitality space that Hydrow could continue to grow into in the future
