Are you a digital marketer who wants to help drive digital transformation for one of the largest footwear companies in the world? Our Digital Marketing team is changing how ASICS develops relationships with our consumers - more personal and more data-driven - to grow our e-commerce business globally.

This position will support the development of cutting-edge digital campaigns for new product launches and key global events. This individual’s focus will be helping to build digital strategies for CRM, paid media, social media, mobile apps, loyalty, and e-commerce, all while integrating real-time campaign performance and data. This role will primarily focus on ASICS’ Running product category. This individual’s focus will be helping to build digital content and channel plans for CRM, paid media, social media, loyalty, and e-commerce, all while integrating real-time campaign performance and data.

The ASICS Digital team is a global division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build digital campaigns and technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the launch of global product campaigns, continued development of mobile-fitness solutions, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that encourage people to move, get fit, and stay balanced.

What You’ll Do

  • Support global digital marketing strategy and execution for running product launches and brand campaigns
  • Support the digital campaign development process end-to-end: from creative briefings, digital channel strategy, creative development, feedback gathering, reporting and analysis
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to develop strategic digital channel plans that drive brand consideration and education
  • Work directly with agencies and internal creative teams
  • Report on campaign performance across all digital channels and KPIs
  • Proactively share learnings with relevant stakeholders for continued improvement
  • Help develop and execute seasonal campaign roadmaps and calendars
  • Present digital plans and reports to stakeholders across the ASICS organization
  • This candidate will be able to work fast, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong judgement and attention to detail, take ownership and be a team player with the ability to work with multiple colleagues globally
  • This candidate should be self-motivated, creative and customer-obsessed

What You’ve Done

  • 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital channels and best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and backgrounds
  • Digital analytical skills, preferably experience with Google Analytics
  • Understanding of digital content best practices and trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across different cultures and digital literacy
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
