As Marketing Director you will work with Industry General Managers to define an integrated marketing strategy that resonates with our target market and communicates our unique vision and thinking through all marketing initiatives and content. This new management position requires a creative genius, out of the box thinker and a proven track record of articulating a disruptive vision across multiple initiatives.
Candidates will have passion, a strong grasp of current digital strategies, brand development experience gained in a B2B software environment, industry and international marketing and proven team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with the CEO, Industry General Managers and VP of Marketing to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with the company vision.
Define buyer personas and buyer journey models
Develop scaleable marketing policies and processes.
Analyze how current brand is positioned in the market and derive targeted consumers insights.
Measure and report performance of marketing initiatives and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market campaign.
Coach the team and get the best from everyone.
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy.
Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Skills:

5+ years experience running marketing programs in banking, insurance or healthcare industries
Practical experience of all marketing functions including digital advertising, market research, consumer behavior, demand generation, content marketing and marketing analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with CRM software
In-depth understanding of the B2B enterprise software buying process
Experience running global campaign that cover US, EMEA and APJ
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Experience managing agencies
Experience in the analytics / advanced analytics space is a big plus
