Market Operations Analyst Role

We are looking for a Market Operations Analyst to help support our primary care practices throughout the Northeast region. The Analyst will be a part of a team that manages the entire cycle of new practice development and ongoing support, and will work in close partnership with Iora’s Boston headquarters, Northeast regional leadership team, and practice teams to execute on strategic priorities. This position is based in Boston, MA and involves regular travel to each practice location in the region (Medford, MA, Hyde Park, MA, NYC, Hartford, CT & Hanover, NH) against prioritized initiatives. The Analyst will have no single office, but instead will typically spend time practices and the Nest office in Boston.

Specific Responsibilities

The Market Operations Analyst plays a key role in the success of Iora Health and requires an individual excited to apply energy across a range of practice implementation and support areas, including but not limited to:

  • Own and manage projects of strategic importance to market goals i.e.:
    • Patient Marketing
    • New Practice & Partner Launch
    • Hiring
  • Analysis of and reporting on key market metrics:
    • Deliver insights from reporting so that local teams have best information to drive performance
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses in excel or other data platforms to inform decision making
  • Drive market Operations Solutions in partnership with Market Operations Director:
    • Proactively look for solutions to problems through process development and improvement
    • Integration of new systems and technology
  • Provide Practice Support and coordination:
    • Practice facilities, equipment and technology
    • Day-to-day operations
    • Care team support
    • Vendor management
    • Integration of new systems and technology
    • Safety and compliance
  • Champion growth locally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of consulting experience
  • Engineering background preferred
  • Experience in project management
  • Experienced in data analysis
  • Demonstrated academic excellence
  • Demonstrated commitment to mission-driven organizations
