Managing Recruitment Consultant, Machine Learning

Acceler8 Talent launched in 2019 as the new specialist branch of award-winning UK-based company Understanding Recruitment, focusing on scaling teams within Machine Learning, AI Hardware & Software and Data Science. We are looking for ambitious leaders to join us to aid in our vision of being the leading emerging tech recruitment partners to some of the most innovative companies in the USA.

As our team continues to succeed, and begins to rapidly grow, we are looking for Managers to head up our established technology verticals within the business. One area that we focus on is helping build our clients backend Machine Learning teams. As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will be leading & building a small team (currently 2/3 people).

Within two years, we envisage that this team will have between 5-20 people with a mix of direct/indirect reports. We are looking for ambitious and driven people who are interested in scaling things rapidly to facilitate our rapid growth.
