As the Manager of Inside Sales you will work cross-functionally to drive and lead Fuze’s North American, Business Development Team to further establish our learning and growth culture. This role is based at Fuze’s HQ in Boston, MA.
We are after a driven individual who is interested in developing a business and sales acumen and has an insatiable desire to coach and develop a team of BDR’s. This individual will embody our core values and is looking for a challenging multifaceted role in a fun and friendly fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for building, growing and developing the team to mirror the growth of the field sales team
- Works closely with Regional VPs to align with go-to-market strategy and develop best practices around lead generation activity.
- Professionally coach a team that drives quality pipeline
- Maintain relationships with counterparts in EMEA to align with overall company strategy.
- Support and train the BDR’s to determine prospects' current communication structure and effectively articulate the value of Fuze
- Consistently achieve (and exceed!) quarterly quotas and goals
- Develop the sales skill set required for ongoing success, and map out promotional path planning for BDR program
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Good understanding of sales process
- A proven record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Intelligence and intellectual curiosity - a growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Passion, Drive, Character, and Coachability
- Thrive in a fast paced, challenging (FUN) technology environment
- Ability to learn and absorb material quickly
- Attention to the details; organization and a metric-driven approach to project management
- A BA or BS from a 4-year college or university
