This is a contract to full-time hire position

Seeking an enthusiastic rising star who is ready to join a growing and fast paced Quote to Cash department. This is a great opportunity for a focused self-starter to join an awesome company and have an impact on the future infrastructure being set up for continued growth.

Description: This is a hybrid role that will be primarily focused on supporting day to day cash application functions while also participating in special projects. This role will manage customer facing correspondence and reconciliation processes and will participate in tax form database management. Transactional and administrative work will be required as part of the day to day which requires a strong organizational skill set and attention to detail.

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or some college coupled with equivalent work experience (Finance/Business focus a plus)
• Acute attention to detail
• Excel experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually

Nice to have, but not required:

• General knowledge of accounting, including some exposure to cash application processes
• Experience with SalesForce and/or Netsuite
