Dynatrace is a leading software intelligence company and Dynatrace’s Digital Employee Enablement team is looking for an intern to work alongside a team of technical professionals in supporting employees in their daily operations. In joining the Digital Employee Enablement team, the intern will experience various elements involving hardware, software, and people.
These elements may include
- Building and maintaining standard hardware
- Installing and troubleshooting standard software
- Maintaining Asset Inventory
- Working with current operating systems from Microsoft and Apple
- Creating and administrating Active Directory user accounts and workstations
- Assisting with Audio and Visual conference rooms
- Vendor relationships
- Learning service level aptitudes
- Developing communication skills
