Job Summary

Summary:

Meeting & Event Planning from assisting the Global Event team with location scouting to registration, coordination and management of events, meetings, incentive trips. printed materials, rooming lists, and more. The intern will ensure that our upcoming or future events run smoothly with a detailed event plan to help you keep track of numerous tasks from pre-planning to day-of-event logistics.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Description of event concept and programming
  • Recommendations and research on venue, catering, and other vendors needed
  • Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities
  • Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications
  • Detailed day-of-event schedule
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event.

Qualifications

 

Education: Pursuing a university degree
