We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and innovative Product Operations MBA Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the multi-trillion dollar car industry by building products that put consumers first.
What You’ll Do:
Develop the Strategy: Develop the vision, business case, and go-to-market plan for a strategic priority area that will be core to the future of CarGurus’ business
Deeply Understand Customers: Identify end users’ needs and struggles related to the strategic priority area, and translate those insights into impactful product innovations
Tell a Story with the Data: Define and analyze the data to determine success of the program and prioritize new market opportunities and future feature development
Build and Launch: Partner with our world class engineering team to drive the development of impactful products and services
Be Part of a Great Team: Work cross functionally with the broader business and effectively communicate team plans and results
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced technology, finance or consulting environment
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills required
- Ability to move quickly and think big
- Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience
- Tenacious self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively liaison with internal teams, and able to adapt style to work closely with varying personality types
- Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

We recognize that flexibility plays a critical role in enabling our people to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. We currently welcome Gurus into our Cambridge, MA office on a voluntary basis but do not require employees to physically be in the office. We will adopt a hybrid working model when health experts and government officials in our local communities deem it safe to do so.
