Toast’s Guest Pillar is furthering this mission by building an all-in-one platform that restaurants will rely on to reinvent their hospitality and thrive in the new digital era. We do this while deepening the connection between guests and restaurants. We are looking for an MBA intern to help drive our existing offerings to the next level and research new products for our customers. You will work with a cross functional team to gather requirements, define use cases, and partner closely with engineering for quality delivery. You will develop a deep empathy for the needs of our restaurant customers and their guests while working with teams across Toast including Product, Engineering, Design.

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

• Work with a cross functional team of engineers, QA, UX designers and work closely with other internal stakeholders to execute on the roadmap and drive business goals for your product area
• Immerse yourself in the diner experience to ensure that our infrastructure and offerings improve their experience at restaurants
• Work with engineering to plan and write user stories
• Work with UX designers to design delightful experiences
• Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations on your projects

• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results
• Successfully led cross-functional teams
• Strong belief in, and adherence to Toast’s core values (RECIPE)
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Understanding of the hospitality space and the evolving market dynamics will be considered a plus, but not required
