Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Installing, configuring and deploying new PCs.
  • Colleting Terminated employees’ equipment
  • Maintaining an up-to-date hardware inventory.
  • Assist team with equipment recycling (schedule pickup with Green Asset Disposal).
  • Provide assistance to Nuance Telecom Team for Avaya Phone System.
  • Support Multi-Function Printers setup in the Burlington Office.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications 

 

Education: Pursuing a college degree

Minimum years of work experience: 0+

 

Required skills:

  • Proven abilities in PC setup and configuration.
  • Experience with, Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • General PC troubleshooting and repair knowledge for software and hardware.
  • Appreciated: experience with management of Multi-Function Printers
  • Be able to work independently and be punctual.
  • Looking for a candidate that can work under stress & fast pace environment.

Preferred skills:

  • Appreciated: A+ certification
  • Proven communication and customer service skills

Our headquarters is in Burlington, 30 minutes from downtown Boston, right off 128 and across the street from Wayside Commons (hello, shopping!).
