We are looking for a Design Intern to join the marketing department here at Bullhorn. You’ll work with the creative design team on events, digital advertising, promotion, and swag items.

As a Design Intern, a typical day might include:
-Creating and designing beautifully branded, effective marketing materials for web, social, email, events, print, and video
-Organizing logging and archiving creative assets and finalizing deliverables
-Supporting the design team by assisting the design and delivery of print, digital, and video work
-Helping distribute marketing and designing materials through a digital asset management system
-Creating on-brand illustrations, presentations, web banners, and more
This job might be for you if:
-You are actively pursuing a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related Marketing Communications
-You have a portfolio with beautifully branded advertising, marketing, illustration, or art examples (include links)
-You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
-Have experience with multimedia content and/or creating animated videos is a huge plus (Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects)
Requirements:
-Strong desire to learn and expand design and professional skills
-Solid understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, etc.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Current enrollment in a related BFA or Masters degree

This is a 20 hour per week internship that will be held in a hybrid setting in our Boston office. The internship is set to start in February and will run through Summer of 2022.
