About this roll* (Responsibilities)
In this role, you’ll learn about our customer success teams and how enablement sets them up for success. You will assist with a wide array of enablement tasks aimed towards measuring our impact on the customer success teams. You’ll work with cross-functional teams within the company and gain experience with cutting-edge learning design, analytics, and project management tools.
Specifically in this role, you’ll:
- Analyze and create reports on enablement outputs, project summaries, completion/performance, evaluation metrics, and overall success of the team’s work.
- Assist in the design of enablement projects from needs analysis to solution design to post-rollout debriefs.
- Write knowledge base articles that provide on-the-job resources for our teams.
- Participate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to better understand knowledge gaps and upcoming changes.
- Complete assigned tickets autonomously through our project management tool.
- Manage and execute on deadlines for multiple deliverables. Remain flexible as priorities shift and communicate status updates and blockers as needed.

- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convert complex data into a simple story.
- Demonstrated prioritization based on high need and high demand.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Desire to connect with, collaborate, and learn from others.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience in a training environment is a plus.
- Availability to work full time for the duration of the experience (January-May/June).
