Client Relationship Intern

We, at Flywire, are looking for a Client Relationship Intern to support our Relationship Management team in Boston and throughout North America. Tasks will be varied and cover client management, marketing strategies and materials, and communications.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate and coordinate client touch points and campus interactions
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients, assisting with onboarding training and marketing strategies
- Assist with client reporting, database management and development.
- Conduct market research and assessments on new clients throughout the US and Canada
- Collaborate across departments to gain knowledge on different aspects of the business and deliver client focused results
Our ideal candidate has:
- Working toward/completed an Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Alignment with Flywire core values
- Enthusiastic, motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to commit to approximately 20-30 hours/week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects on any given day
- Natural curiosity and commitment to problem solving
- Intercultural sensitivity/global awareness
- Basic Salesforce knowledge (helpful)
