We are seeking an experienced HR professional who will be an integral part of the leadership team and who can thrive in a high-growth startup environment. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will work closely with leaders across our business to align people and strategy. You will be in charge of enhancing our culture, establishing the HR foundation, heading our recruiting function, and keeping our employees happy and engaged. 

As a key leader at Cricket Health, you will be responsible for strategic human resource planning to ensure excellence across Cricket’s staff and leadership development efforts, our approach to employee engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion; our implementation, management, and growth of multiple human resources processes, including facilities, recruiting, benefits and performance management, talent development and retention, and delivering our leadership development and other education programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to the company’s senior leadership and management teams
  • Design and implement a vision, strategy and roadmap for talent acquisition and professional development in partnership executive team
  • Assist executive team with design of corporate structure to maximize corporate goals, as well as employee performance and satisfaction 
  • Build strong connections and communication lines among employees and between offices
  • Shape, nurture and champion Cricket’s culture
  • Create a competitive employment brand that attracts and retains the best talent
  • driving to standardize nationally on the most effective methods, policies and procedures for managing talent 
  • Develop and implement HR policies and employee benefits 
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage staff wellness and performance reviews
  • Partner with the management team to determine long-term growth strategy for the company
  • Motivate and support current staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR or equivalent business experience
  • Possess solid functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Employment Law
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high performance culture 
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate issues before they arise, and proactively suggest long-term solutions
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make sound decisions independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and discipline to organize and prioritize
