Markforged is growing at an exponential rate and we’re looking for a highly-motivated and experienced technical recruiter to help build our team. As a trusted partner, you will drive the strategy behind attracting, assessing and hiring top talent. In this role, you will partner with our hiring managers to understand their needs, create a consistent interview process and close high-quality candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with managers to fully understand their business and set recruiting priorities
• Develop and drive an engaging candidate experience across the organization with a focus on Engineering
• Drive the hiring process from initial requisition to offer acceptance
• Creatively source qualified, top-notch technical candidates
• Train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices
• Pre-qualify candidate's technical backgrounds and accomplishments
• Cultivate strong pipelines for technical talent
• Manage all recruiting activity in our ATS to ensure data accuracy
• Track recruiting metrics for assigned requisitions
• Follow-up with teams to keep the recruiting process on track

About You

• Energetic, self-driven, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading recruitment initiatives
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
