About the Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a Global Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in our growth locally and globally. In this role you will partner with multiple departments including sales, marketing, and development to identify and attract the right candidates for SmartBear. This is an exciting position for someone that wants to be a part of helping build a proactive, customer focused, talent acquisition function for a global software company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing effective working relationships with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring profiles for their respective teams
- Proactively create and foster candidate pipelines for all roles
- Execute the full recruiting life cycle including req management, sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and on-boarding
- Work on various Talent Acquisition and HR projects
- Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend future SmartBears
- Provide consultation on sourcing strategies, interviews, and selection practices to ensure top quality hires
- Ensure a high attention to candidate experience impressing SmartBear’s values and culture
- Provide the HR team with support on projects as needed

Requirements
- Minimum one year of recruiting experience; corporate or agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse
- Strong attention to detail
