The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to work at a rocketship start-up where you can directly influence and impact an entire business? Tired of seeing recruiting done poorly? Are you a talented recruiter that goes beyond the simple day to day and wants to be more than just a “recruiter”? Well, we’re hiring!


As a Talent Acquisition Partner on the G&A team, you will foster and cultivate relationships with key candidates and talent pools for just in time critical sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development for our People Ops, Legal and other financial functions here at Thrasio.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing a sourcing strategy to go out into the market to find good candidates.
  • Being the go-to person when the team needs to open a new role. Working with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
  • Working with candidates and our team to drive a quick interview process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, salary recommendations and negotiations.
  • Scheduling phone, video and on-site interviews with candidates.
  • Assisting in miscellaneous recruiting projects.

What You Bring to the Party:

  • You’re a utility player. You are tech savvy, understand technology and know what x-raying a website means. Chrome extensions make sense to you. Large, complex Boolean queries are a second language. Recruitingdaily and EREMEDIA are in your reading repertoire. Data visualization is a basic skill in your toolkit, and commonplace for manager meetings. Essentially, you know your “Recruiting Stack.”
  • You understand the impact of highly satisfied customers, both business partners and candidates, and work to turn every one into a promoter of the company. 
  • You’re self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily because you know what it means to have a bajillion tabs open All.The.Time.
  • You enjoy everything from attracting candidates using databases and social media, pre-screening resumes to engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn/Entelo and other recruiting channels to build a consistent candidate pool.
  • You are a storyteller. Someone that can take pieces of information on a role and our company to craft a message that engages anyone and everyone.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 - 4 years of experience sourcing/recruiting with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team at a growing startup

Our office is about 15 miles southwest of Boston and is nestled between the commuter rail station, restaurants, town commons, and locally-owned shops.
