THE POSITION

Endurance is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Waltham, MA. This person will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with various tasks throughout the recruiting and hiring process. The individual’s key responsibilities will play a crucial role in providing potential employees with an exceptional candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work with a team of recruiters across several domestic US locations. The qualified candidate brings with them an eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and possesses a keen eye for detail, impressive organization skills, and a great attitude. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate on-site and remote interviews between candidates and recruiters across multiple locations, which may include booking interview spaces, tracking hiring team participation, and communicating schedule details with candidates
  • Welcome candidates on-site and provide as-needed assistance throughout interview, ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Work cross-functionally to assist with the entry and opening of new job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects related to campus recruiting, employment branding, background checks, contractor hiring, and other Talent Acquisition operations as needed
  • Partner closely with Recruiters to learn the recruiting ropes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to think on their feet, be flexible, and multi-task in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional service to candidates and employees
  • Willingness to work with individuals across all levels and functions to ensure that new requisitions are opened in a timely matter without issue
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with private information
  • Strong reporting skills, including ability to extract, evaluate, and present data
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google product suites
  • Bachelor’s Degree and one year of relevant experience preferred
