CarGurus Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiting Operations Co-op! Our mission is to hire dynamic talent, cultivate diversity & inclusion, and operate as a center of excellence for the business. We are looking for someone to partner with our Senior Campus Recruiter and coordinators as we build and scale our Internship Program.
This is a full-time, paid, Spring 2022 Co-op position. Only students currently enrolled in a full time undergraduate or graduate program will be considered. Must be eligible to work 40 hours a week from January 2022 - June 2022.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule a high volume of interviews across the organization, crafting solutions as issues may arise.
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for prospective co-ops and interns as they go through the interview process.
- Build, manage, and publicize job postings on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and appropriate third-party posting boards.
- Partner with our Senior Campus Recruiter and Employer Branding Specialist on internal and external events
- Assist on other recruiting projects as needed
