Talent Acquisition Associate

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will cover a wide range of activities and focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience and streamlining operations. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers across Engineering & Operations to bring in top talent. The ideal candidate will create process improvements and continually be looking for ways to improve efficiency. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to train our employees on systems and best practices.
What You'll Work On
- Maintain and optimize our ATS
- Recommend and drive process improvements
- Conduct candidate phone screens
- Track pipeline and recruiting metrics
- Manage the employee referral program
- Post new jobs
- Schedule onsite interviews
- Track source of hire metrics
- Conduct system training
- Create offer and promotion letters
- Assist with career fairs and recruiting events
- Assist with intern program management
- Collaborate with People Operations on special projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless candidate onboarding experience
About You
- Experience as a TA or HR Coordinator preferred
- Detail oriented; Master of organization
- Tech savvy; Experience with ATS
- Professional written communication skills
- Proactive problem solver
- Energetic and positive
- Able to adapt and stay calm under pressure
- BA/BS degree preferred
