We are looking for someone to step in to a dynamic, fast paced, and exciting position on the ASICS Digital People Operations Team. This person will own full life-cycle recruiting, onboarding activities, employee experience, and partner closely reporting to the People Operations Lead. A successful person in this role will bring a daily passion to build a great place to work. They are expert communicators and enjoy working with others. They will drive results with a priority on what’s best for the team over their own personal interest or ego.

ASICS Digital who?? We are a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to move, get fit and stay healthy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition: Own and drive full life-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech hiring across the company; build strong hiring manager relationships in order to drive decision making and decrease time to fill; build strong candidate relationships to ensure high level candidate experience; manage junior recruiter
  • Immigration: Work directly with an Immigration Attorney to apply for different types of work visas for new and current employees
  • Onboarding: Own and drive onboarding from the educational framework to the administrative work flows; ensure new hire experience is top of mind while balancing need to collaborate internally for systems and education; continue to assess and upgrade onboarding tools and processes as needed
  • Employee Experience: In conjunction with internal stakeholders, drive overall engagement activities from developing communication channels to organizing and evangelizing employee events
  • People Operations Projects: In partnership with the People Operations Lead, take on various team related projects and drive action through internal collaboration and results orientation

What You’ve Done:

  • 5+ years of HR/People Ops experience in a dynamic and agile environment. Start up/Tech focused experience a huge plus
  • 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience either as a Recruiter or as a Generalist, including previous experience as a tech recruiter
