As a Sourcer/Junior Recruiter, you will help manage the hiring process by partnering with the current Senior Recruiter and reporting directly to the VP, Talent. In this role, you will help source talent for both technical and non-technical roles.

AS THE SOURCER/JUNIOR RECRUITER YOU WILL: 

• Source candidates for a variety of positions (sales, marketing, engineering, customer support, product, etc.)
• Partner with various hiring managers across the organization to execute hiring plans
• Manage a positive recruiting experience internally and externally (working with internal partners and candidates)
• Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current
• Assist in the management of the Dispatch employment brand by maintaining LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and other social media.

SKILLS WE SEEK:

• 1+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a full life cycle recruiting role; Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling a broad range of positions
• Proven experience sourcing talent for difficult to fill positions; AIRS or others sourcing certifications is a PLUS
• High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates
• Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
• Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information.
• Prior experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, etc)

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

• Complete onboarding and understand how each team collaborates with each other.
• Fully understand how the Dispatch platform helps customers.
• Take ownership of recruiting requisitions that are assigned to you. 

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
• Own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on recruiting metrics 
• Become a Dispatch product expert and able to use your knowledge to sell candidates on the company

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Continue to own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on recruiting metrics

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

• Consistently exceed your new recruiting targets and continue your track record of closing candidates
