What you will do:
- Become a subject matter expert in the Toast Payroll product, the value proposition, and competing platforms to effectively support the "Go-To-Market" organization
- Present the Toast platform to prospects and existing customers remotely and in-person
- Work with the team to create Payroll focused enablement content to help educate the Go To Market organization on the product
- Learn to identify the prospect’s business challenges and whether to position the value of the Toast platform and/or the partner ecosystem as a solution
- Learn to clearly communicate gaps in product/market fit to Product Management and Product Marketing teams
- Work closely with Sales Enablement regionally to provide training and product expertise
Do you have the right ingredients?
- Minimum two years in hospitality or related industry experience required
- Ability to handle complex customer communications fluently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Deep understanding of HRIS, Payroll and Labor scheduling solutions
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements while working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communications and customer service skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Must have the ability to collaborate with Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams under minimal supervision
- A strong spirit and energy to provide the best support in the restaurant industry
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
