Mirakl has grown its headcount by 200% in the last two years and will continue to bring onboard the best and brightest. To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work closely with your departmental stakeholders to build their teams and enable them to reach their goals
- Source diverse and innovative talent channels to attract the best profiles across your regions
- Manage a diverse set of roles and build up internal market intelligence for top profiles
- Act as an adviser to your stakeholders working with them to problem solve the best fit for their team and the business
- Build recruiting processes that emphasize bringing the best talent in the door and not just filling a role
- Develop employer branding strategies with your stakeholders to engage desired audiences
- Attend networking opportunities to grow your candidate pipelines and educate the job market on Mirakl
- Follow up on your new hires and their integration into the business – use this feedback to continuously improve sourcing and recruitment efforts

Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be based in Boston
