As a Bullhorn Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Global Sales & Marketing team, you’re an established, highly motivated Sales Recruiter and problem solver that will be responsible for overseeing the buildout of our Sales and Marketing organization across our US, EMEA and APAC markets. Responsible for representing the talent team, you will own the business relationship regarding technical skills, strategies and other best practices that will support the Speed, Quality and Diversity of our hires.
A typical day will include...
*Execute full-cycle recruitment for the Sales and Marketing departments within Bullhorn while providing an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to offer in the US, EMEA and APAC markets.
*Show-up as an experienced, consultative and influential Talent Acquisition Partner keeping internal stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the hiring process.
*Drive business engagement by advocating Bullhorns recruitment culture and leveraging our existing talent to promote and expand our employer brand and build our Sales talent communities.
*Build Credibility with key stakeholders by becoming a strategic partner dedicated to improving the Speed, Quality and Diversity of our hiring through process improvement and on-going calibration.
*Organize and Lead on-going calibration/debrief sessions with leaders to discuss your pipeline health, current/upcoming candidates and new strategies you’d like to deploy.
*Create, Deploy and Deliver on creative passive sourcing strategies based on the Sales opportunities you’re assigned with focus on unconventional methods that will help build a diverse talent pool.
*Build and Maintain strategic talent communities to support a proactive pipeline for critical roles identified by your line of business.
*Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems
*Contribute to Bullhorns Global Talent Acquisition strategy through the participation in our teams on-going projects and programs..
This job will be the right fit for you if you have...
*A Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, preferred OR equivalent years of experience
*A Minimum 8+yrs experience within a corporate or agency recruitment environment with a proven track record in strategic sales recruitment.
*A passion for recruitment and see it as a significant and strategic profession.
*Goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results across the talent acquisition space
