Description
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire an enthusiastic, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to help our rapidly growing health tech company be the best place to work! In this role you will be employees' first point of contact for all People-related things. You'll be able to use your passion for learning and helping others to gain experience across all parts of the People function. You'll be the face of Iterative Scopes for all employees and help ensure our new hires feel welcome on and before day one, and both engaged and supported as members of our team.
You will be expected to perform a variety of benefits administration and onboarding tasks, as well as to help organize office activities and employee engagement efforts. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in building up their People Operations skill set and is looking for a hands-on experience at a fast-growing start up.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Iterative Scopes during the onboarding process and beyond, welcoming new hires on day one and supporting current employees to ensure they can be their best and whole selves at work
• Coordinate employee benefits administration, I-9 verification, and gusto-related account creation
• Work with our Operations and Finance team to update and track our People systems
• Become an expert on our Employee Handbook and all things Iterative Scopes
• Help make Iterative Scopes a great place to work with office activities and social events
• Collaborate with the full People Operations team to make Iterative Scopes the best place to work for all employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in People Operations or an Office Administrative role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint preferred
