Indigo improves grower profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through the use of natural microbiology and digital technologies. The company then connects growers and buyers directly to bring these harvests to market. Outcomes:
- Lead Indigo to a successful campus recruiting season
- Create a strategy for Campus recruiting, to ensure well-organized, methodical, and focused processes
- Map out partnerships with target schools’ career services departments, and Indigo employee engagement plan
- Identify “partner schools” for each category of Campus hiring (e.g. MBA programs, ag schools, international schools)
- Collaborate with recruiting team, hiring managers, and alumni who want to play a role in campus
- Establish strong relationships with Career Services reps to ensure they send us their top talent
- Engage alumni to partner with recruiting team for campus presentations
- Help Indigo become the #1 company students want to work or intern at
- Indigo’s name on campus is well-known and well respected and thought of as a top place to work
- Strong buzz on campus and exceptional pool of internship applicants
- Indigo’s Summer Intern Program is considered “best in class”
- Understands and embodies Indigo’s mission & core values

Experience:
- 5+ years of campus recruiting experience required, preferably at a large consulting firm or a fast-growing company with strict deadlines and timetables
- MBA campus recruiting experience, required
- Diversity & Inclusion recruiting experience, a plus
- Experience recruiting across diverse geographies and industries, preferred
- Based in Boston and travel up to 40% of the time
- Experience managing campus recruiting initiatives across multiple offices, a plus
