As an HRIS Analyst, you will partner with all members of the People & Culture team to analyze and improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. You will ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain a systems orientation, and work closely with peers to set technology priorities. You will serve as the technical point-of-contact for the team and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement. You will be responsible for system upgrades, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. You will play a lead role in helping us to implement a Workday solution.
What you will do:
- Conduct HR systems needs analyses and is responsible for system upgrades/improvements, configuration, and roll-out.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to recommend new solutions and/or enhancements based on the needs and requirements of the organization.
- Audit and maintain HR systems in order to detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the integrity of data throughout the organization.
- Provide technical support to all functional areas regarding system requirements and implementation.
- Develop and maintain both ad hoc and scheduled reports to provide to various levels of the organization.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert in supporting business projects as required.
- Play a key role in the education and training of end users.
Do you have the right ingredients?
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience
- 3-5 years experience in a consultative role with system implementation exposure
- Proven experience in Workday implementations
- Strong knowledge in people processes
- Project management skills and experience in business process modeling including functional design
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
