We are looking for a proactive, energetic self-starter who is seeking an opportunity to have an impact on our most critical asset, our talent. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to team up in supporting our Cruise, Finance and Legal teams. This position will provide exposure to multiple functions and businesses within Tripadvisor, working closely with and reporting to the Associate Director, HR of those organizations.

This role will play a vital role in the success of execution of various HR initiatives within the business, working closely with various centralized HR functions to design for sustainable adoption as well as advocate for areas of highest impact. This position will be a key representative within the business, navigating various stakeholders and relationships to enhance employee experience and drive excellence in HR execution.

Who you are:

What you will be doing:

- Act as a culture champion, promoting company values to guide decision-making and drive thoughtful and effective change management in a fast-paced environment

- Develop and implement people strategies to attract, engage and retain a strong and diverse talent workforce

- Work closely with Senior HR Business Partners in providing both reactive and proactive support and partnership to business leaders

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to spearhead people programs and strategies designed to enhance our culture, including; performance management, compensation analysis and talent management

- Act as key liaison between the business and People Ops teams to create and execute initiatives while identifying opportunities for process and experience related improvements

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partner with management to develop and execute sustainable solutions

- Partner with leaders in creating developmental and succession plans aligned with current and future business needs

- Provide coaching on professional development, career pathing, change management among other people     related  operations

- Own any employee relations cases with employee experience at the forefront

- Roll up your sleeves and dive into the high volume of daily operational needs

  Desired Skills & Experience:

- Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate across multiple levels and functions

- Experience interacting with Director- level leadership

- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Past experience working in a tech environment preferred

- 5 + years of relevant experience; preferably 3 + year in HRBP or similar role

- Proven ability to navigate multiple stakeholders both within the HR function as well as in the broader business

- Solution-oriented self-starter with demonstrated interest in strengthening business acumen

- Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively and roll up your sleeves

- Skilled with time management and prioritization
