Payfactors is seeking a HR Data Associate with an eye for detail and a passion for data to join our Peer team. They will ensure the accuracy and quality of Peer exchange data sets by performing thorough and complex data analysis. They will also help with data project work that includes defining job to skill relationships, job hierarchies, job benchmarking, and work on new data projects that arise.

The right individual for this role will be a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented professional who is proficient working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel, has an analytical mindset, and an understanding of how data flows between various systems. Requirements/ Skills:

Bachelor’s degree required

0 to 3 years professional experience, preferably of progressive compensation and/or HRIS

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proficient working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL a strong plus

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills

Intrinsic self-starter with a strong work ethic and a problem solver

Ability to collaborate with peers and managers while leading project-based tasks

Able to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks efficiently

Awareness and pride in 100% accuracy for all deliverables

Boston-area based

 

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and quality of Peer exchange data sets by performing thorough and complex data analysis

Develop logical and standardized data values, and update database records

Investigate variances between multiple datasets, determine cause, and recommend resolutions where applicable

Develop standard processes and procedures to scale ongoing data tasks

Interpret job descriptions, job summaries, and associated skills and responsibilities for auditing job benchmarking activities
