How you will make an impact

  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management regarding key organizational and management issues
  • Motivate and support current staff
  • Build out and manage HR team and operations
  • Manage recruiting team and develop effective recruiting strategies and onboarding programs
  • Benchmark and create compensation and benefits framework to attract and retain talent
  • Lead and implement DEI strategy
  • Work with leadership team on performance management and career advancement for our talent
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Lead development of HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook

What you need to succeed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • 5+ years experience building and implementing employee retention programs
  • Experience implementing programs that reflect professional development at all levels
  • Demonstrated history of building and delivering compensation packages that align the employee with company goals
  • Ability to help business scale and achieve ambitious hiring targets while maintaining high hiring standards and cultural fit
  • Ability to partner with business managers to develop hiring roadmap and effective job postings
