We have built a strong internal executive hiring function that is recognized across the business as best in class. The Executive Recruiter will join this team and be responsible for candidate development for SVP/VP level searches and full life-cycle recruiting for roles at Director/Sr. Director level. This is an opportunity to work in house at a globally respected brand on challenging roles that have a material impact on our business.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute on research strategies that allow us to identify and hire top-level executive talent
  • Play the long game on sourcing through ongoing research and networking. Engage the business in these efforts to maximize results and work with HR Business Partners to stay ahead of the curve on succession planning
  • Identify, engage and evaluate executive level talent with an eye toward diversity
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in all functional areas of the business (Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance, etc.)
  • Manage outside search firms to ensure great outcomes for the roles we outsource
  • Build effective and credible relationships with business leaders

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 7+ years of executive talent acquisition experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing for executive roles (either corporate or agency)
  • Experience recruiting in the technology industry is desirable
  • Experience using a variety of talent sourcing methodologies and techniques including; social networking channels & internet networking tools, such as LinkedIn
  • Ability to be organized, detail-orientated and to shift tasks as necessary to meet the varied daily responsibilities in recruitment
  • Ability to utilize effective interviewing techniques in order to analyze candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements and to determine a quality match
