Reveneer, one of Inc. 5000's fastest-growing companies, is hiring an Employee Experience Coordinator to help us further scale and develop our team of 250+ and expanding. As a sales enablement services company, our people are our business--and our most important resource. As Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be a vital member of Reveneer’s People team, and will build and adapt practices that advance how we welcome, support, foster belonging and connection, energize and develop team members, and engage alumni. You will be an integral part of Reveneer’s success and ability to handle extreme employee and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement an A+ full-cycle employee experience for Reveneer
  • Work with leadership to evaluate options and build new programs, rewards, recognitions, and initiatives that will enhance Reveneer’s culture, values and employee satisfaction  
  • Guide Reveneer along the path to achieving and being recognized as having cultivated a ‘best in class’ experience for employees from pre-hire through alumni status
  • Use technology and people analytics effectively in building, managing, and analyzing the success of programs aimed at engaging employees and elevating their experience
  • Coordinate a welcoming and smooth transition from day one--pre start-date communications, onboarding schedule build-out, greeting, introductions, tech set-up/equipment and access, “swag” bag, headshots, social media profiles, administrative paperwork, etc.
  • Optimize the new hire training process, to ensure a fulfilling, seamless experience that sets up new hires for success at Reveneer
  • Ensure team members have access and knowledge of our full suite of benefits and resources; own and curate content for the new hire and employee resources section of our “RevHub” intranet platform Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with employees, understanding their motivators, concerns, needs, and team dynamics; invite input, feedback, questions and concerns
  • Draw input and feedback from employees -- through surveys, 1:1 conversations, and focus groups; analyze findings; ensure employees know they were heard and key learnings will be acted on; play a key role in designing and executing meaningful changes and communicating timelines
  • Support the development and operation of Reveneer’s employee groups; guide group leaders in best practices and effective group management
  • Influence and provide best practice approaches and solutions to people leaders Build and oversee the employee experience calendar of events
  • Serve as a key leader in the programming and coordination of group activities in and out of the office (learning & development, team-building, philanthropic and entertainment)
  • Work closely across the company to provide day-to-day administrative, operations, and communications support to all areas of the employment lifecycle 
  • Keep up on the competitive landscape and meaningful recognitions/awards to ensure Reveneer continues to stand out as a ‘Best Place To Work’ 
  • Maintain visibility, including a consistent in-office presence, to keep a real-time pulse on the culture and level of energy and engagement, and ensure employees see you as approachable and accessible 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Who We're Looking For

  • You bring a positive attitude and creativity and are motivated to deliver a unique, stand-out employee experience. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. You are consultative, collaborative, and effective in a team-oriented environment. You are a hands-on project manager, organized and able to prioritize based on business needs and circumstances. You address the most immediate problems while continuing to keep longer-term projects moving forward.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a fast growth, high performing organization
  • Track record of impactful work in employee experience management or coordination, people operations, office management or similar roles 
  • Experience organizing and executing events and activities that drive employee engagement and team-building
  • Experience capturing, analyzing and infusing employee input into change initiatives 
  • Strong communication, relationship- and consensus-building skills and support across the organization
  • Takes initiative; self-starter who is able to operate independently; proactive, self-motivated and reliable; highly organized and responsive
  • Skilled at identifying and implementing opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities; deep attention to detail
  • Sharp written and verbal communications skills, with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Unquestioned integrity; develops relationships and earns trust effectively and operates with the utmost discretion
